An Advanced Analysis for Al-Amal GOSP field in Egypt to assess an existing separators performance to handle a new production profile from adjacent wellhead pad. The key objective of this study is to examine the liquid carry over, liquid retention time and gas retention time. In addition, the existing control system, namely the pressure control and liquid level control has been thoroughly examined to check its rangeability.
Our value proposition was to deliver an integrated / holistic model taking into consideration all domains connected to the process, namely reservoir conditions, production profile, production tubing, flowline, two phase separator and the basic process control system. Our simulation team has used Aspen HYSYS Dynamics and ASW to empower the integration between reservoir and surface facilities to deliver this study in a competitive time to help decision makers taking the right actions and way forward to process with Al-Amal field investment.
